Our world is built
from the stories
we tell, so let’s
dream it to life.
We want to learn from the wisdom of the past, bring it alive with joy, and inspire each other to live with the presence, integrity and love of hard work calling us forward.

About Niko
I build at the intersection of memory and momentum — honoring what came before while constructing what’s possible.
As a biographical filmmaker, I produce cinematic portraits of individuals whose lives shape communities. My films weave personal narrative, archival texture, and place-based imagery into stories that feel timeless and deeply human.
As a creative placemaker, I design and build physical environments — from architectural installations to community-centered public spaces — that cultivate belonging and cultural continuity.
I believe storytelling is a form of construction, and construction is a form of storytelling. Both shape the future.
Through film and built form, my work preserves legacy, strengthens community, and reimagines how we live together.

Film
My company, Lineage House, produces videos that capture the essence and life story of anyone who would like to have it preserved, as a gift to them and future generations.
My recent work is a short documentary, Voices of the Valley, which weaves together interviews of 6 longtime community members from Sonoma County, CA into a cinematic ode to place.

Form
My architectural work uses organic materials and inspiration to help imagine more life-giving ways to build our world. From sculpture to tiny home to public placemaking, my hope is to create an environment that brings health and joy to life.
